- Please email [email protected] to inquire about our services. Kindly provide a brief description of your child’s abilities, current diagnosis if applicable, your concerns, and goals. If your child currently receives intervention in any area, it would be helpful if copies of evaluations and progress reports are shared with us.
- Initial Appointment
- The first appointment will be a duration of 1 hour depending upon the area(s) of concern, will include a parent interview and assessment of the child’s abilities by a team member
- Follow up Appointment will be scheduled with SEED Sessions clinical expert/service provider
- The Specialist/Interventionist will write a report based upon the initial appointment and will review it with the family. A Plan of Care will be created as a team. This may be interdisciplinary based upon the child’s needs.
- Intervention/Therapy
- Appointments will be scheduled utilizing our preferred Teletherapy online platform. A link will be emailed with your username and password. Session duration and frequency will vary and is dependent upon the child’s needs and the family’s goals
